• LH2 Special Dégorgement for Il Molo: Umani Ronchi, together with our Patron Sommelier Giacomo Giacchetti, has produced a limited edition of 1500 bottles with a dosage of less than 3gr/lt and a 36-month stay on the lees.
• RosaMare: a rosé born from an idea of our Sommelier Patron Giacomo Giacchetti and produced in collaboration with the Santa Barbara winery.

Paccasassi del Conero with extra virgin olive oil

Ingredients: Paccasassi 38%, sunflower seed oil, extra virgin olive oil 25%, wine vinegar, salt.

Use and matches: Paccasassi in oil are widely used at the table and are ideal for tasty starters. Excellent served on crostini with cold meats, anchovies, smoked fish or fresh dairy products. Ideal to accompany main courses of meat and fish, and to embellish salads and first courses. The finely flavoured preserves can also be used to enhance salads and pasta dishes.
