• Aqua dei Moscioli: born from an idea of our Sommelier Patron Giacomo Giacchetti; made in collaboration with the company Santa Barbara. Dedicated to the wonderful fruits of our sea, the Moscioli, the mussels that grow spontaneously and wild on the rocks of the Conero Riviera.Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi, a territorial, vertical and brackish wine.
• LH2 Special Dégorgement for Il Molo: Umani Ronchi, together with our Patron Sommelier Giacomo Giacchetti, has produced a limited edition of 1500 bottles with a dosage of less than 3gr/lt and a 36-month stay on the lees.
• RosaMare: a rosé born from an idea of our Sommelier Patron Giacomo Giacchetti and produced in collaboration with the Santa Barbara winery.
