Aqua dei Moscioli:
born from an idea of our Sommelier Patron Giacomo Giacchetti; made in collaboration with the company Santa Barbara. Dedicated to the wonderful fruits of our sea, the Moscioli, the mussels that grow spontaneously and wild on the rocks of the Conero Riviera.Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi, a territorial, vertical and brackish wine.

Rosamare:
A rosé born from an idea of our Sommelier Patron Giacomo Giacchetti and made in collaboration with the Santa Barbara winery. A surprising, dry and saline Moscato Rosso that blends a delicate nose of flowers and red fruits with a citrusy mouthfeel of pink grapefruit.

Neptune:
Neptune is a 100% Pinot Noir Champagne from very calcareous soils with marine fossil sediments.
All this is reflected in the glass with an extremely sulphurous, spicy sip, with citrus notes and an extremely saline finish.
In collaboration with Paul Dagin, vigneron of the Côte Des Bar in Celles-Sur-Orce, who has dedicated a small part of his production to us.

LH2 Extra Brut Umani Ronchi - Special Dégorgement for Il Molo di Portonovo:
LH2 is a classic method sparkling wine made from 80% Verdicchio and 20% Chardonnay . Umani Ronchi, together with our Patron Sommelier Giacomo Giacchetti, has produced a limited edition of 1500 bottles with a dosage below 3gr/lt and a maturation period of 36 months on the lees.
