Neptune:
Neptune is a 100% Pinot Noir Champagne from very calcareous soils with marine fossil sediments.
All this is reflected in the glass with an extremely sulphurous, spicy sip, with citrus notes and an extremely saline finish.
In collaboration with Paul Dagin, vigneron of the Côte Des Bar in Celles-Sur-Orce, who has dedicated a small part of his production to us.

LH2 Extra Brut Umani Ronchi - Special Dégorgement for Il Molo di Portonovo:
LH2 is a classic method sparkling wine made from 80% Verdicchio and 20% Chardonnay . Umani Ronchi, together with our Patron Sommelier Giacomo Giacchetti, has produced a limited edition of 1500 bottles with a dosage below 3gr/lt and a maturation period of 36 months on the lees.
